About

Our Story

Circle of Peace was founded in 2019 with a simple but powerful mission, to provide a safe haven for youth who have experienced trauma, neglect, or instability. What began as a vision rooted in compassion and a desire to make a difference has grown into a structured, therapeutic environment where healing and growth take priority.

We recognized the urgent need for a supportive space where young people could feel secure, respected, and understood. With that goal in mind, Circle of Peace opened its doors, welcoming youth ages 10–21 with open arms and a commitment to rebuilding trust, restoring dignity, and reinforcing the value of each child’s potential.

Since then, we’ve built a team of dedicated staff, implemented trauma-informed care practices, and partnered with agencies and families to ensure that each resident receives the guidance, structure, and encouragement they need to thrive. Our journey has been shaped by challenges, triumphs, and unwavering faith in the power of community and consistency.

From 2019 to today, our story continues to evolve, but our purpose remains the same: to be a peaceful, supportive, and empowering place for every youth who walks through our doors.

Our Mission

At Circle of Peace, our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where youth can heal, grow, and thrive. We are committed to supporting emotional well-being, promoting positive behavioral change, and equipping every child in our care with the life skills, guidance, and opportunities needed to build a hopeful and independent future. Rooted in compassion, accountability, and respect, we strive to be a place of peace, progress, and possibility for every young person we serve.

Our Team

At Circle of Peace, our strength lies in the hearts and hands of our dedicated team. Each member is carefully selected not only for their professional qualifications, but for their passion to serve youth with compassion, patience, and integrity.

Our team includes licensed social workers, trauma-informed direct care staff, case managers, counselors, educators, and support personnel, all working together to create a safe, stable, and healing environment for our residents. Each staff member completes ongoing training in crisis prevention, de-escalation, cultural sensitivity, and trauma-informed care to ensure the highest standard of support.

We are more than professionals, we are mentors, advocates, role models, and protectors. We believe in second chances, in growth through consistency, and in the resilience of every child. Whether we’re guiding daily routines, supporting family reunification, or simply being a listening ear, we do it all with one goal in mind: to help youth reclaim their power, rewrite their story, and believe in their future.

Together, we are the Circle of Peace.

At Circle of Peace, we believe in the power of every individual to create positive change. We strive to create an environment where each person can embrace their true selves, define their path, and contribute to a better world.
